Job summary

The Supreme Hr Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and welfare.

Location is Gul Circle with company transport, working hours 8.15am to 5.30pm, 5-day work week. Requires a Diploma in HRM and at least 2 years of HR operations experience; Time software experience is preferred. Salary range SGD 3,000–3,500 with AWS, variable bonus and 14 days AL.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records
