The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee welfare.

You will work closely with hiring managers to define manpower needs, craft job descriptions and implement recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with MOM and CPF.

This role requires a Diploma in HR Management and at least 2 years of hands-on HR experience; Time software experience is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job ads, candidate screening, interview coordination, agencies, and offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs, develop job descriptions and implement recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM and CPF regulations, and keep management informed of updates.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
