Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Gul Circle location.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee records in a busy Singapore environment. You will work with hiring managers to define manpower, write job descriptions and implement recruitment plans, ensuring MOM and CPF compliance, and coordinating training with up-to-date records.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience with Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll and welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, agencies and offers.
• Work with hiring managers to identify manpower, develop job descriptions and recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation including MOM and CPF, updating management on changes.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
