Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, recruit talent, administer payroll, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role is based in Gul Circle, Singapore, with standard hours and a Monday–Friday workweek.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HRM, has at least 2 years of HR operations experience, and may have familiarity with Time software. Salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 plus AWS and variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records
