Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee records, while ensuring compliance with MOM and CPF regulations.

The role requires a minimum Diploma in HRM and at least 2 years of HR operations experience. Proficiency with Time software is preferred, and the position offers a weekday schedule and company transport details are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Experience with Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including payroll administration and records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from ads to offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and create job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM and CPF requirements.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
