Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring an HR Executive in Singapore. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration and employee welfare, with strict adherence to MOM and CPF rules. The position is based at Gul Circle with 5-day weeks and standard hours.

You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, craft job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and maintain records while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in using Time software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.
