Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR Operations professional to manage recruitment, payroll and compliance within a busy team. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, work pass processing and monthly payroll using Time Software, with accurate HR records.

Based at Gul Circle (company transport provided), the role is Mon-Fri, 8:15am–5:30pm, offering a basic up to SGD 3,600 plus AWS and a variable bonus. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of full-spectrum HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Experience with Timesoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, employment contracts and recruitment agency coordination.
• Handle work pass matters for Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant’s Pass, including applications, renewals, cancellations and related compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime calculations, allowances, medical claims and CPF submissions.
• Process government-related claims, including Government-Paid Leave, NS Make-Up Pay and Foreign Worker Levy Waivers. Manage Work Injury Compensation and medical insurance matters.
• Monitor employee attendance, medical certificates, No-Pay Leave and other leave records. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the HR system.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, probation and confirmation processes, as well as off boarding and tax clearance.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation, including resignations, terminations, promotions, warning letters, probation extensions and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Maintain confidential employee records and support staff training arrangements and company transportation coordination, including payment follow-up with Accounts.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
