Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an HR Services Associate to handle HR administration and operationalize workforce matters in line with MOM, company policies, and collective agreements.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll-related tasks, and employee lifecycle events while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The role emphasizes process improvement and collaboration with the HR team to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or HR Management preferred.
• 2–4 years in HR Services or HR Operations.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and figures.
• Excellent organizational and time management with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide HR business partnering support.
• Execute workforce administrations such as salary, promotions, renewals, appointments and departures.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports including bonuses, gratuities, and other payments.
• Support regulatory, compliance and audit activities as required.
• Review processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with other HR projects or duties as assigned.
