Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. seeks an HR Generalist to deliver timely HR services and support across recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, training, staff communications, performance and talent management, and employee relations.

You will manage background checks, probation/contract expiry tracking, records maintenance, and reporting while assisting in HR events and policy improvements, upholding confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Be a dependable resource and work with HR to deliver timely and accurate HR services to employees.
• Provide general HR support on recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, training, staff communications, performance and talent management, and employee relations.
• Ensure background checks for new joiners are completed within probation and track probation/contract expiry.
• Assist with performance appraisal documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR Systems.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports requested by stakeholders.
• Process invoices (agency staff, concur claims, UIC, etc.).
• Organize recruitment events, conduct interviews, shortlist interns/trainees, liaise with tertiary institutions for placements, and run induction programs.
• Assist in developing, revising and streamlining HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance.
• Act as point of contact for HR queries and participate in data analytics projects for recruitment/turnover trends.
• Responsible for any other duties as assigned.
