Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a skilled HR Officer to recruit, support and develop talent, and to manage policies and procedures for a better working environment. You will handle administrative tasks and contribute to efficient HR operations while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee records, with a focus on compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development).
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; further training will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
