Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive in Singapore to manage payroll, attendance, onboarding, and employee relations. The role includes drafting HR letters, maintaining HR data, and supporting HR projects.

The ideal candidate will handle recruitment activities in collaboration with agencies, ensure timely CPF submissions, and contribute to policy improvements and welfare initiatives within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff attendance are checked and locked on time.
• Process end month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 & IR8A etc within the stipulated timeline.
• Attend to employee relation issues and work closely with the operations to manage employee-related matters (onboarding, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding).
• Perform recruitment activities (Job ads posting, screening, interview scheduling, offer and onboarding), liaise with recruitment agencies on staffing matters.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions regarding HR Policies/Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare, and assist in implementation.
• Maintain accurate HR database, input and update employees particulars in Infotech.
• Spearhead and support HR projects & initiatives.
• Draft HR-related letters (Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, Memo, etc.).
• Compile and prepare manpower reports for management/HQ review.
• Attend to other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
