5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing across assigned countries.

You will liaise with vendors, review payroll submissions, and ensure accurate employee data and timely salary payments. You will also prepare monthly/annual tax returns, coordinate year-end tax matters, assist budgeting and bonus processing, and support audits and regulatory compliance with MOM requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Regional experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in HR software and Excel will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of regulatory aspects related to employment law as specified by MOM.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different employee groups.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll timely and accurately for assigned countries.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely salary payment.
• Monitor vendor delivery through agreed SLAs.
• Review monthly payroll processed by vendor for accuracy.
• Ensure accuracy of all employee data provided by payroll vendor.
• Submit payroll supporting documents to Finance on time.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax returns and liaise with tax authorities.
• Coordinate year-end tax matters with payroll vendors.
• Assist in budgeting, merit increments and bonus processing.
• Submit employee data to management and relevant authorities.
• Participate in annual insurance renewals.
• Follow up on work injury reporting and claim submissions.
• Prepare and participate in audits on HR/payroll matters.
• Perform ad-hoc duties.
