Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a comprehensive HR practitioner to support end-to-end HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment support including sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, reference/background checks, salary recommendations, vendor/agency management, and headcount planning.
• Onboarding and offboarding support: integration, training, documentation, stakeholder communication, HRIS entry, and departure processes.
• Performance and compensation: calibration materials prep for leadership, compensation planning, benchmarking, probation and mid-year cycles, career development localization.
• Insurance and benefits: renewals, welfare programs, benefits questions and payroll reporting.
• Employee engagement: drive positive employee experience, dashboards for leadership reviews, design of internal programs and events, champion team initiatives.
• HR administration: maintain personnel files, HRIS records, leave system, payroll coordination, HR playbooks.
