Job summary

Select Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations support professional to maintain accurate employee records, support onboarding, and generate key HR documents. The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to Singapore employment regulations.

The successful candidate will handle HRIS data entry, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks while collaborating with a proactive HR team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in HR administration, onboarding, or HRIS data management is an advantage.
• Conversant in Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of new hires into the HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Appointment, contract addendums, and other HR-related documents.
• Work Pass related documentation
• Ensure all employee documentation is complete, updated, and properly recorded in the HRIS and personnel files.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks as required.
• Assist in compliance-related activities aligned with Singapore employment regulations.
• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management in alignment with business needs.
