Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR generalist to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and ongoing HR operations across multiple sites in Singapore. The role requires preparing and checking employment documents, liaising with clients on candidate approvals, and managing HRIS accounts and onboarding briefs.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience, familiarity with local employment laws, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience handling multi-site or client-facing HR coordination.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings and manage applicant submissions.
• Prepare pre-employment documents and ensure completeness of submissions.
• Liaise with clients for candidate approvals including submission and follow-ups.
• Handle work pass process and onboarding documentation.
• Create and maintain employee P-files and onboarding agreements.
• Set up new joiner accounts under HRIS and conduct pre-commencement briefings.
• Manage payroll-related reports, leave records and staff inquiries.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and finalisation of documentation.
