Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, in generalist or operations roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and personnel files.
• Support recruitment and full employee lifecycle from posting to offboarding.
• Coordinate learning, training administration and engagement initiatives.
• Assist payroll inputs and payroll verification.
• Administer HR systems, benefits, leave and attendance.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and work pass applications.
• Liaise with vendors on HR services.
• Support HR projects and ad-hoc duties.
