Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to handle operations, onboarding, work pass administration, and data management across the company and regional offices.

The role requires 3-5 years in a multinational environment, strong communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office to support employee engagement and general HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma qualification in Human Resource Management / Business or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience gained in a multinational environment preferred and good understanding of Singapore employment practices and regulations.
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills as well as the ability to work and interact with employees of all levels.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records, files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and PDPA requirements.
• Prepare HR letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, extensions, and other employee lifecycle documents.
• Track probation periods and assist in coordinating confirmation reviews with managers, ensuring timely follow‑up and documentation.
• Handle HR enquiries from employees and provide timely support.
• Provide HR operations and administrative support for China, including payroll support and Regional Office payroll management when required.
• Prepare onboarding kits (IT equipment, welcome pack) and coordinate with relevant departments (IT/Facilities).
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth settling‑in for new employees.
• Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final payments coordination.
• Coordinate with appointed work pass vendor, on all work pass‑related matters.
• Support the submission and processing of work pass applications (EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, LTVP), renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
• Ensure accurate tracking of application statuses and maintain compliance with MOM regulations.
• Liaise with Shared Services Team to update HR systems and databases (e.g., employee movements, personal details, leave balances).
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, wellness programmes, recognition activities, and company events.
• Prepare internal communications and HR materials for employee announcements, campaigns, and programmes.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, templates, and SOPs are kept updated.
• Prepare internal communications, announcements, and promotional materials for HR initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.
