Job summary

Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C) in Singapore seeks an HR Officer to support the HR team with operational duties, onboarding, exit processes, and regulatory compliance. You will ensure timely HR actions, maintain records, and coordinate benefits, training, and employee engagement activities.

The role requires 0–3 years' experience in HR operations within financial services, a relevant degree, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years' experience in HR Operations/Shared Services/Generalist and Payroll in financial industry
• Fresh graduates with relevant exposure welcome to apply
• Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
• HR Management certifications desirable
• Experience in HR Operations with regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
• Professionalism and confidentiality in HR matters
• Team player, proactive, independent and motivated

Responsibilities

• Establish resource planning in line with Budget / Business Units and approvals
• Ensure onboarding and exit processes align with procedures
• Ensure due diligence, background screenings and approvals are in place
• Manage staff benefits processes and liaise with Group reviews
• Oversee enrolment/termination and medical insurance claims
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to foster learning culture
• Support registration of external training courses for employees
• Provide guidance on employee engagement action plans
• Facilitate Employee Recognition and Long Service Awards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Review and update HR handbook, policies & procedures
• Maintain MAS Prohibition List for onboarding checks
• Monitor staff block leave for compliance
• Submit internal and regulatory reports timely
• Maintain HR-related systems and data
• Support HR transformation projects including data migration, integration, UAT testing
