Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable HR Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and employee data management across the HR service team.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and candidates; maintain HR databases; assist with benefits, payroll documentation and compliance; and help with travel, relocation and onboarding activities. This role involves general HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth process flow.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding coordination with HR service team, agencies, hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems
• Support orientation sessions and new employee setup
• Manage employee records and HR databases (physical and digital)
• Support data entry and record keeping for audits and compliance
• Assist benefits enrollment and queries, coordinate with service providers
• Handle payroll-related documentation and relocation support
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for HR team
• Prepare meeting materials, calendars and office supplies
• Support ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks for HR team
