Job summary

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support HR operations and policy administration across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and tripartite guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HR operations or full-spectrum HR functions is preferred.
• Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and guidance to stakeholders to strengthen organisational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with employment legislation and tripartite guidelines.
• Manage recruitment activities, including coordination with recruitment agencies, direct sourcing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
• Support employee offboarding processes, including exit coordination and documentation.
• Plan and organise employee training and development programmes.
• Monitor and follow up on employee confirmations, contract renewals, and other HR lifecycle activities.
• Prepare payroll-related documentation and support overtime and incentive computations.
• Process and review employee medical leave records, claims, and related HR administration matters.
• Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports and records.
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Process HR-related invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Support daily HR operations, administrative duties, and ad-hoc assignments.
• Assist with office administration and facilities coordination when required.
