Job summary

PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED is seeking an HR Officer to support the full employee lifecycle and strengthen HR operational excellence in Singapore. You will improve service delivery, assist talent acquisition and workforce planning, and help develop employee engagement programs while ensuring governance and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include day-to-day HR operations, payroll support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, learning and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience in construction preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Infotech system and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• IHRP-CP/CA certification advantageous; knowledge of Singapore HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations: maintain records, RH documentation, onboarding/offboarding.
• Payroll support: attendance, leave, claims, and new joiner/leaver data.
• Recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding.
• L&D administration: training logistics, attendance tracking, records.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with projects engaging employees.
