Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited seeks an Assistant Manager, HR to strengthen HR operational excellence and build a sustainable, future-ready workforce. You will improve HR service delivery, support talent acquisition, and drive workforce planning aligned with project requirements.

You will develop talent management strategies, lead succession planning, and ensure governance and compliance with MOM and relevant schemes while partnering with senior management to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Experience in talent management, succession planning or L&D is essential.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors system and cloud HR tools.
• Professional HR certification (IHRP-CP/SP) is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
• Lead talent reviews and calibration across business units.
• Partner with senior management to align workforce capability with project needs.
• Manage recruitment strategy, pipeline development, and time-to-fill tracking.
• Oversee learning and development programs to strengthen leadership pipelines.
