Penta Ocean Construction is seeking an HR Officer to support the full employee lifecycle and strengthen HR operations. You will improve service delivery, assist with talent acquisition and workforce planning, and help develop employee engagements while ensuring governance and compliance.

Responsibilities include handling HR operations, payroll support, recruitment, onboarding, and L&D administration, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in construction preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Hands-on experience with Infotech system and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, maintain records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and Helpdesk inquiries with timely responses.
• Assist payroll administration, attendance, leave, and new joiner/leaver data.
• Support recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer docs, onboarding.
• Assist Learning & Development administration: training registrations and attendance tracking.
