Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive, Human Resource (Recruitment) to handle recruitment, employee lifecycle, and engagement initiatives. The role partners with programmes to drive workforce planning and HR policy compliance.

You will manage talent development, recruitment cycles, and HR reporting while maintaining HR documents and HRIS administration. Prior experience in counselling is a plus and Excel proficiency is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field.
• Experience in recruitment lifecycle preferred.
• Experience as social worker or counsellor is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR partner for programmes: workforce planning, recruitment, change management, staff engagement, policy compliance.
• Lead talent development incl. identifying and grooming talents.
• Oversee recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain HR documents and generate reports for management reference.
• Administer HR systems (WPOL, EPOL, HRIS, IRAS, training and appraisal systems).
• Manage HR engagement survey and HR communications on Workplace.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
