Job summary

TECHTIFY PTE. LTD is seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader in Singapore to manage daily HR activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, transfers and data accuracy.

You will develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and operational processes to drive efficiency and compliance. The role also covers HR systems, data management and analytics, generating regular management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–3 years in HR Operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Clear logic and structured thinking to convert vague requirements into clear project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and data management.
• Oversee HR data integrity, reporting and analytics with regular dashboards for management.

Key responsibilities

• HR Operations & Administration: Lead and manage daily HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle and ensure accurate and timely onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee data management.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.

• HR Systems & Data Management: Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics.

Generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Lead HR automation and digital transformation projects.

Establish and monitor HR operational KPIs and service levels.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor HR Operations team members.

Allocate workload, monitor performance, and provide coaching.

Job requirements

• More than 7 years of of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in HR Operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Clear logic and strong structured thinking, able to transform vague requirements into clear project plans
• Data-sensitive, able to drive project decisions and reporting
• Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
