Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations and develop strategic initiatives aligned with business goals in Singapore.

The role collaborates with business units on manpower planning, retention, performance reviews, and budget management, while ensuring compliance and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in HR with business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HR operationally & strategically.
• Develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Work with business on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of business operations.
• Develop channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources.
• Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction & minimize staff outflow.
• Collaborate with line on performance, salary & bonus review exercises.
• Advise, guide & train line supervisors in managing HR issues.
• Develop & manage the annual labour cost budget of the business entity.
• Ensure that relevant information is effectively communicated to target audiences in a timely manner.
• Ensure that HR policies & practices are compliant with prevailing statutory regulations.
• Supervise, train and develop the HR team.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Human Resource Management

• Candidates with experience working in a matrix environment will be at an advantage
• Must have experience in leading a small team
