The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee welfare.

The role reports to the HR team and requires hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR functions. Eligible candidates should have a Diploma in HRM and at least 2 years of experience; TIME software is advantageous. Salary ranges SGD 3,000–3,500 with AWS, a bonus in April, and 14 days of annual leave.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR operations.
• Experience using TIME software will be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration, and employee welfare.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, liaising with employment agencies, and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations.
• Keep management updated on relevant changes in employment laws and HR regulations.
• Coordinate mandatory employee training, maintain proper documentation, and ensure training records are up to date.
• Provide general HR support and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
