Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle in Singapore. You will lead recruitment, payroll liaison, leave and benefits, performance management, and HR policy guidance.

You will partner with business leaders to forecast staffing needs, coordinate training, and ensure regulatory compliance while preparing reports for management and auditors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant HR generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to employee exit.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews and selection.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and workplace matters.
• Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Manage monthly payroll processing with external vendors and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
• Oversee employee leave, benefits, insurance and statutory matters.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
• Manage statutory submissions, government claims and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, including reports for management, Finance, auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Support payroll budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate MOM surveys and other statutory reporting.
• Assist with learning and development activities, including training coordination, registrations and maintenance of training records.
• Administer training-related grants and claims.
• Participate in HR projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as required.
