• Handle payroll for about 100 staff (System Infotech).
• Oversee recruitment, payroll management, performance reviews, and HR administration.
• Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters.
• Coordinate with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews.
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental).
