Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, and to support workforce planning and recruitment with business leaders.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR or related field and at least 8 years of HR Generalist experience. You will oversee payroll processes, benefits, and statutory compliance while driving performance management and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum8 years of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to employee exit
• Support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives in partnership with business leaders
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews and selection
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and workplace matters
• Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews
• Manage monthly payroll processing with external vendors and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
• Oversee employee leave, benefits, insurance and statutory matters
• Handle employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR-related matters
• Manage statutory submissions, government claims and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, including reports for management, Finance, auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support payroll budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Coordinate MOM surveys and other statutory reporting
• Assist with learning and development activities, including training coordination, registrations and maintenance of training records
• Administer training-related grants and claims
• Participate in HR projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as required

Education
