Job summary

RevUp Proservices Pte Ltd is seeking a Day-to-day owner of the Human Capital function with a full generalist remit. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, records, and employee support in a lean team, driving end-to-end processes and ensuring statutory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership of the HC function, development of team capability through coaching, and direct handling of sensitive matters. Prior not-for-profit or membership org experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably HR, Business Admin or related field.
• IHRP certification advantageous.
• Singaporeans and PR only.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: manage end-to-end cycle, onboarding, offboarding and job descriptions support.
• Payroll and benefits: handle monthly payroll inputs, CPF, tax filings, leave and vendor relationships.
• HC operations: maintain records, policies, SOPs, statutory submissions, compliance with Employment Act and related laws.
• Team leadership: supervise HC team, delegate work, coaching and development.
• Employee support: first point of contact for staff queries on terms, benefits, payroll and policies.
• Performance and development: coordinate annual reviews, staff development and salary review processes.
• Statutory & external liaison: liaise with MOM, MINDEF, SSG, insurers and other HC vendors.
• Employee engagement: plan staff activities and support internal HC communications.
• Other duties as assigned
