Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for about 100 headcount (System Infotech)
• Manage recruitment, payroll management, performance management, and HR administration
• Prepare HR related documents such as job offer letters, employment letters, intern contracts, short term contracts, warning letters, and certification letters
• Liaise with line managers on recruitment needs and employee performance reviews
• Handle compensation and benefits matters including government leave claims (childcare, maternity, paternity, shared parental)
