Job summary

RevUp Proservices Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations across the full employee lifecycle in Singapore.

You will partner with business leaders on workforce planning and lead the recruitment process from screening to selection. You will provide practical HR guidance on policies and workplace matters, coordinate performance management, and oversee payroll processing with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law.
• Experience in payroll administration and working with external vendors.
• Proactive and able to handle multiple HR projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives with business leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviews and selection.
• Provide HR guidance to managers on policies, procedures and workplace matters.
• Coordinate performance management activities including goal setting and reviews.
• Manage monthly payroll processing with external vendors and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee employee leave, benefits, insurance and statutory matters.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR-related support.
• Manage statutory submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports for management, Finance, auditors and regulators.
• Support payroll budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Coordinate MOM surveys and other statutory reporting.
• Assist with learning and development, including training coordination and records maintenance.
• Administer training-related grants and claims.
• Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
