• Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, MOM processes, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination.
• Assist manpower planning and hiring coordination with management and project teams.
• Administer performance management processes: appraisals, goal tracking, reviews.
• Coordinate training and development programs, certifications, and training records.
• Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR policy administration.
