Job summary

REKOOP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR administration and operational support across two outlets, ensuring smooth manpower management, employee administration and outlet operations.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate staff schedules for Club and Flex. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in HR/Operations, knowledge of Singapore HR practices,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in HR, HR Operations, Administration or Operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and MOM work pass processes.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling and employee administration.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Independent, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle MOM/work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage employee records, leave, attendance and payroll coordination.
• Prepare and coordinate outlet staff schedules for Club and Flex.
• Support employee relations and general HR matters.
• Manage procurement of operational supplies and consumables for both outlets.
• Coordinate supplier, contractor and vendor matters.
• Monitor and coordinate machine/equipment servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Follow up on operational issues across both outlets and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management with ad-hoc HR and operational projects.
• Maintain proper HR, procurement, maintenance and operational records.
