TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager in Singapore to oversee recruitment activities, HR operations and talent strategies. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, client collaboration and regulatory compliance to support business growth.

You will lead recruitment processes, manage candidate communications, handle work pass matters and contribute to client staffing solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HRM, business administration or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements and employment pass procedures.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment platforms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and craft effective strategies.
• Identify suitable candidates via job portals, networks, referrals and sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and extend offers.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate databases for timely hiring.
