Job summary

You will maintain HR data governance, generate timely metrics and dashboards, support benefits enrollment, audits, and learning administration, and provide trusted guidance to managers.

This role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR with at least 3 years’ experience and a strong service mindset to streamline

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience covering full spectrum.
• Good interpersonal and consulting skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, contracts, document verification, and HR admin.
• Manage probation, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across systems and produce reports.
• Answer employee queries on policies and benefits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and vendor communications.
• Support audits and learning administration activities.
• Process invoices for HR vendors and training providers.
• Assist site mobilization/demobilization for employees.
