Job summary

You will handle payroll, attendance, invoicing, purchasing, inventory, and maintenance coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in finance administration or operations, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a practical, independent work approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance administration, operations, payroll, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on and responsible approach.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly payroll, attendance, and commissions accurately to support timely staff compensation.
• Manage finance administration including processing invoices, payments, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers, and oversee inventory and consumables to ensure operational readiness.
• Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and servicing of wellness equipment and machinery to maintain functionality.
• Perform daily operational checks to confirm the wellness centre is prepared for business each day.
• Support documentation and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth centre operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Execute ad-hoc finance and operations tasks as assigned to support team needs.
