Open to undergraduates or postgraduates, you will collaborate with HR teams, engage stakeholders, and explore digital tools to improve processes and the employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Support employee administration processes and ensure timely, accurate HR services.
• Assist with employee records maintenance and data verification tasks to uphold data quality.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and service metrics for insights.
• Assist with employee communications, FAQs, and inquiries to enhance experience.
• Participate in process reviews to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support initiatives to improve employee experience and service excellence in HR operations.
• Explore and leverage digital solutions, including AI-enabled tools, to improve processes.
