OCBC Bank is seeking an Employee Services Intern to support talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations. You will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience while learning end-to-end lifecycle processes in a major banking group.

• Assist with employee lifecycle management and work pass administration.
• Support adherence to employment regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity across HR systems.
• Provide timely and professional support to candidates, employees, and managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery.
• Assist on other HR operations projects as needed.
