• HR Technology Support: Assist in maintaining, testing, and enhancing HR systems (e.g., Workday).
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Support HR data analysis and reporting to generate insights.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create guides and process documentation for HR systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, business users, and tech partners to gather requirements.
• Digital HR Transformation Projects: Contribute to digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• User Support & Testing: Assist in system testing and issue resolution.
