OCBC Group is offering an HR Business Intelligence & Dashboard Visualisation Intern role in Singapore. You will work with the Digital and Data Enablement team to transform data from multiple enterprise platforms into insights that shape HR decisions and operational efficiency.

The internship focuses on dashboard development, data visualization, and analytics reporting, with opportunities to learn Power BI, SQL, and Python while supporting HR stakeholders and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree while gaining hands-on experience in analytics and BI.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn data storytelling and governance.
• Exposure to enterprise HR tech and dashboard delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational and management dashboards.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports for stakeholders with clear insights.
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple enterprise platforms.
• Assist in data governance, automation, and process improvements.
