Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites you to join as an Operational and Service Excellence Intern. You will support HR operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to enhance employee experiences across the bank.

You will learn how HR services are delivered, work with stakeholders, and gain hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 tools, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support employee administration processes and help ensure timely HR services.
• Assist with employee records maintenance and data verification.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and service metrics.
• Assist with employee communications, FAQs and inquiries.
• Participate in process reviews to improve efficiency.
• Support initiatives to enhance employee experience and service excellence.
