Responsibilities

• Assist in HR technology support for Workday and other HR platforms.
• Support HR data analytics and reporting to derive insights.
• Create and maintain user guides and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with HR, business users, and tech partners to gather requirements and improve usability.
• Contribute to digital HR transformation initiatives and process improvements.
• Assist in testing and issue resolution during system enhancements.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
