Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Digital and Data Enablement Intern in Singapore to support HR technology platforms, data analytics, and process improvements across the employee lifecycle. You will work with HR teams and technology partners to drive data-driven insights and user-friendly documentation.

Qualifications

• This role requires you to be currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• You will gain hands-on experience with HR technology platforms, including Workday.
• You will develop data analysis, reporting, and insight-generation capabilities.
• You will translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation and support materials.
• You will be exposed to digital HR transformation initiatives and technology-enabled service delivery.
• You will collaborate with HR, business, and technology stakeholders across the organisation.
• You will gain experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• You will enhance communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems Management: support the maintenance, configuration, testing, and enhancement of HR technology platforms, including Workday
• Data Analytics & Reporting: assist in analysing HR data, preparing reports and dashboards, and generating insights to support decision-making and process improvements
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guides, knowledge articles, and support materials
• Digital HR Transformation: contribute to initiatives that improve HR processes, system functionality, and employee experience through technology-enabled solutions
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technology partners to gather requirements, resolve issues, and support enhancement projects
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system usability, and enhance operational efficiency
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other digital HR, data, and process improvement initiatives as assigned
