Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage the full recruitment cycle, payroll processes, and compliance for our well-established organization in Singapore.

The role involves onboarding, attendance tracking, and coordination with government authorities on work passes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in HR, at least 2 years of HR operations experience, and familiarity with Time Software and local HR regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HR operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Experience with payroll and attendance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and contracts.
• Handle work pass matters for Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant's Pass and compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime and CPF submissions.
• Process government-related claims and manage insurance matters.
• Monitor attendance and leave records and maintain HR data in the HR system.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmations, off-boarding and tax clearance.
• Maintain employee records and support training and transportation coordination.
• Perform ad hoc HR duties as assigned.
