Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a HR Operations professional at the Gul Circle location. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, work pass handling, payroll processing with Time Software, and HR compliance across government-related claims and employee relations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR Management with at least 2 years of full-spectrum HR experience, and familiarity with Timesoft is preferred. Workplace offers company transport and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Possess minimum 2 years of full spectrum, hands‑on experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standard.
• Experience in using Timesoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, employment contracts and recruitment agency coordination.
• Handle work pass matters for Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant’s Pass, including applications, renewals, cancellations and related compliance requirements.
• Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime calculations, allowances, medical claims and CPF submissions.
• Process government-related claims, including Government-Paid Leave, NS Make-Up Pay and Foreign Worker Levy Waivers. Manage Work Injury Compensation and medical insurance matters.
• Monitor employee attendance, medical certificates, No-Pay Leave and other leave records. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the HR system.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, probation and confirmation processes, as well as off boarding and tax clearance.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation, including resignations, terminations, promotions, warning letters, probation extensions and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Maintain confidential employee records and support staff training arrangements and company transportation coordination, including payment follow-up with Accounts.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
