Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to support HR policies, manage payroll, handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. The role involves compliance with Singapore laws, ISO documentation, and work pass administration.

You will liaise with MOM and insurance providers, and assist with multi-faceted HR operations in a permanent capacity. Based in Ubi, the position offers a 5-day work week, basic salary with AWS, and opportunities to engage across payroll systems and HR

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of payroll, recruitment, employee benefits, training, and HR administration.
• Prior HR experience in the construction or a similar industry will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Experience with Infotech payroll software is required.
• Familiar with ISO documentation, work pass administration, BCA CRS, and SCAL applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and systems.
• Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare and conduct employee onboarding.
• Support employee training and development programmes.
• Process monthly payroll using the Infotech payroll system.
• Assist with employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and employment information.
• Ensure employment practices and working conditions comply with Singapore employment laws.
• Maintain ISO-related documents and records.
• Handle BCA CRS and SCAL quota applications and renewals.
• Manage work pass matters through the MyMOM and WP Online portals.
• Arrange and renew employee insurance, including Security Bond, FWMI, WICA, and PCP.
• Liaise with MOM, insurance providers, and lawyers regarding workplace injury cases.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
