Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR Operations professional to manage daily HR functions, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding and welfare, while driving end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to define roles and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Applicants should have a Diploma in HRM, solid knowledge of Employment Act and local practices, plus at least 2 years’ full-spectrum HR experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• At least 2 years of full spectrum HR operations experience.
• Timesoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records, payroll and welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including ads, screening, interview coordination and offer administration.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM and CPF, and inform management of updates.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm
• Location: Gul Crescent (Company transport: Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT station)
• Up to $2.8k + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices, and regulatory standard
• At least 2 years of full spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
• Experience in using Timesoft is preferred
