EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage full recruitment, work pass matters, payroll, and HR administration at our Gul Circle location. The role requires a minimum Diploma in HR and at least 2 years of hands-on HR experience.

Ideal candidates will know Employment Act, local HR practices, and have experience with Timesoft. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:30pm with company transport provided.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, contracts and agency coordination.
• Handle work pass matters for Work Permit, S Pass and Dependant’s Pass, including applications, renewals and compliance.
• Manage monthly payroll using Time Software, including overtime, allowances, medical claims and CPF submissions.
• Process government-related claims and manage Leave, attendance and related records.
• Monitor attendance, medical certificates, No-Pay Leave and update HR systems.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, confirmations, off-boarding and tax clearance.
• Handle employee relations and HR documentation (resignations, terminations, promotions, warnings, PIP).
• Maintain confidential employee records and coordinate training and transport logistics.
